I had a great stay at Rivera Inn! The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The extra jets in the shower were a wonderful touch, and the water had good pressure and was hot. I also enjoyed using the steam room, it worked perfectly. The TV had a good selection of channels, although mostly national ones. Additionally, they offered us a late check-out until 3pm, which was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was tasty and satisfying. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Rivera Inn.

We loved the location close to transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Also, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially Janette and Augusto. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and great water pressure in the showers. Finally, the breakfast delivered to our room each morning was fresh and satisfying.

Almost perfect, just a small issue with instructions for the hot tub and steam room.

The hotel's location was perfect for my needs. It was in close proximity to the event that I was attending, which made it easy for me to get there on time. the room was clean and tidy, with a towel switch-out daily. I was also pleased to find that an extra blanket was provided upon request. Breakfast was included and served quickly, providing me with a good start to the day.

The communication with the hotel was lacking before my arrival. Emails sent to the hotel were either not answered or responded to very late, and phone calls were not picked up.
